Abstract

Følgelig kan et aksesspunkt oversende effektreguleringsinformasjon til en eller flere terminaler som betjenes av aksesspunktet, for overstyring av de normale prosedyrer for effektbestemmelse. Særskilt kan slik effektreguleringsinformasjon innbefattes i en tildelingsmelding som angir ressurser (så som frekvens, tid) som skal tildeles en terminal. Effektreguleringsinformasjonen kan være basert på nytteforholdet SNR, krav til tjenestekvalitet, interferensinformasjon, enhver annen type relevant informasjon, eller enhver kombinasjon av elementene ovenfor.
