Abstract

Amfifile bionedbrytbare kopolymerer omfattende en hydrofil ryggrad med alifatiske sidegrupper som den hydrofobe komponent. I vandige omgivelser danner polymerene molekylaggregater i nanoskala med en hydrofob indre del som kan oppløseliggjøre uløselige organiske forbindelser som legemidler, vitaminer, fargestoffer og bildegivende midler. Polymerene har eventuelt reaktive funksjonelle grupper som gir bindingspunkter for antistoffer, ligander og andre målrettende grupper som er anvendelige for målrettende avlevering av legemidler og bildegivende midler.
