Abstract

Oppfinnelsen vedrører en framgangsmåte og et system (11) for adressering og ruting ved å bruke krypterte kommunikasjonslinker (1) i minst to ulike nettverkslag (2, 3) i et nettverk som er separert fra hverandre med ulike rutinglag. Et første nettverkslag (2) med det assosierte første rutinglaget er avgrenset relativt til et andre nettverkslag (3) med et andre rutinglag, ved hjelp av minst en krypteringsanordning (4). I de minst to rutinglagene er en nettverkstopologi for begge nettverkslag (2, 3) utarbeidet uavhengig av hverandre og lagret i korresponderende rutingtabeller (17). Et grensesnitt (7) i den minst ene krypteringsanordningen (4) er tilveiebrakt med en unik tildeling av adresser (8) for det andre rutinglaget til adresser (8) av det første rutinglaget, for å utlede topologien til det andre nettverkslaget (3) fra det første nettverkslaget (2) effektivt.
