Abstract
Det er beskrevet en fremgangsmåte for gjenvinning av lipaseaktivitet som omfatter trinnene med anvendelse av en lipase avledet fra Thei-momycesyp. og immobilisert på en bærer, eller en lipasepulversammensetning som omfatter et filterhjelpemiddel og lipasen avledet fra Thermoinyces sp. og immobilisert på en bærer som er knust til en midlere partikkelstørrelse på 1µm eller større og mindre enn 300 µm i en forestringseller transforestringsreaksjon, og vasking av nevnte lipase eller lipasepulversammensetning med triacylglyserol. Ved denne fremgangsmåten kan den reduserte lipaseaktiviteten effektivt gjenvinnes.
