Abstract
En fremgangsmåte for elektromagnatisk geofysisk utforskning av bergartsformasjoner (1) under en sjøbunn (3) omfattende de følgende trinn, - tauing av første og andre vekselfelt (E?, E?) - utsendende kilder (s?, s?) i første og i andre dybder (d?, d?) under sjøoverflaten, hvor det første feltet (E?) har en første fase (??); - hvor det andre vekselfeltet (E?) gis en andre fase (??) forskjellig fra den første fasen (??), hvor kildene (s?, s?) utgjør en faset-array senderantenne med direktivitet for utsendelse av en større andel av den kombinerte elektriske energi nedover, - hvor de første og andre feltene (E?, E?) skal forplante seg delvis ned gjennom sjøbunnen (3) og bli reflektert og eller refraktert gjennom bergartsforrnasjonene (1) og delvis forplante seg tilbake gjennom sjøbunnen (3); - hvor de første og andre feltene (E1, E2) skal gå sammen til et totalfelt og måles ved elektromagnetiske mottakere (r1, r2, ..., rn ) som registrerer tilsvarende feltregistreringer (E r3 (t), E r2 (t), E r3 (t), ..., E rn (t)).
