Abstract

The efficiency of the recovery of the desired lighter olefinic hydrocarbons is maximized by limiting the feed stream of the downstream reactor to paraffinic naphtha which can be processed under relatively severe conditions while minimizing the production of unwanted by-products and reducing coke formation on the catalyst.
