Abstract
Oppfinnelsen vedrører en hydrofobt belagt molekylsikt som omfatter partikler med en partikkelstørrelse på 1000 nm eller mindre, idet overflaten av partiklene er belagt med et silan med den generelle formel SiR1R2R3R4, og vedrører også en fremgangsmåte for fremstilling av molekylsilen og en fremgangsmåte for anvendelse av denne. I tillegg vedrører oppfinnelsen anvendelsen av den belagte molekylsil og også blandinger omfattende molekylsilen og anvendelse i produksjonsapparatur som f.eks. elektroniske komponenter og innretninger.
