Abstract

Et fartøy for ankerhåndtering, tauing og forsyning (AHTF) anvendes for å sette lederør ned i sjøbunnen. Lederørene trenger først ned i sjøbunnen til en første dybde på grunn av sin egen vekt. Lederørene kan drives ned i sjøbunnen til en andre dybde ved anvendelse av sug i det indre av disse eller ved bruk av en fallhammer. Lederørene drives på plass av en hydraulisk peledrivingshammer som settes ut fra dekket til AHTF-fartøyet for å bringe lederørene på plass før den bringes tilbake til dekket på AHTF-fartøyet.
