Abstract
Det er vist en høytrykks sikkerhetsslange (10) som er utviklet for kontinuerlig overvåking av slangens integritet når den er i bruk. Slangen besørger trykkformidling ved hjelp av hydraulisk væske mellom en trykkgenererende innretning og et brukssted. Sikkerhetsslangen (10) omfatter en hovedslange (1) som rommer den hydrauliske væske og en sekundærslange (2) som er anordnet rundt hovedslangen (1) for dannelse av et hulrom (5) mellom slangene. Sikkerhetsslangens hulrom (5) er under bruk fylt med luft/inert gass som kontinuerlig/regelmessig tilføres hulrommet (5) under forutbestemt trykk via en innløpsventil og forlater hulrommet via en utløpsventil. Begge ventiler er i stand til å stenge innløp (11)/utløp(12) respektivt ved overskridelse av fastsatte trykk i hulrommet (5). Samtidig pågår det kontinuerlig/regelmessig detektering av mulig forurensing som måtte oppstå i hulrommet (5) ved hjelp av en sonde (33). Begge situasjoner tilveiebringer et signal om at nevnte integritet er brutt.A high-pressure safety hose (10) is shown which is designed to continuously monitor the integrity of the hose when in use. The hose provides pressure transmission by means of hydraulic fluid between a pressure generating device and a place of use. The safety hose (10) comprises a main hose (1) which holds the hydraulic fluid and a secondary hose (2) arranged around the main hose (1) to form a cavity (5) between the hoses. During use, the safety hose cavity (5) is filled with air / inert gas which is continuously / regularly supplied to the cavity (5) under predetermined pressure via an inlet valve and leaves the cavity via an outlet valve. Both valves are capable of closing inlet (11) / outlet (12), respectively, by exceeding set pressures in the cavity (5). At the same time, continuous / regular detection of possible contamination that may occur in the cavity (5) is carried out by means of a probe (33). Both situations provide a signal that said integrity has been broken.
