Abstract

Oppfinnelsen omfatter å bestemme skaleringsfaktoren for sending som en funksjon av både den første og den andre takten slik at en forandring i signaltakten for brukerdata eller takten for det sendte datasignalet som er kompensert for på forhånd av en datakvalitetsbasert justering assosiert med slik datataktforandring.
