Description
The present invention relates to a device for a tiltable platform or platform front edge of the type stated in the introduction in claim 1.
Known rail-running devices for cleaning the rail body's "ballast" due to space conditions are not able to work along a platform, but only on free stretches. This means that the cleaning work must be carried out manually, which is time-consuming and expensive.
It is known, for example, from US-PS 937,375 and 1.1<*>+9.7!?9 to design the leading edge of a platform as a plate which can be tilted or pushed away from the rails. Such platform front edges are particularly used for passenger platforms located on a curved section of track. When a trolley is stationary at the platform, the front edge of the platform is tilted or pushed forward into a working position, to allow safe access to and from the trolley. Before the wagons are started again, the front edge of the platform must be tilted or pushed away from the working position to a resting position, where the wagon can pass unhindered.
The known tiltable or displaceable platform front edges are also used as ramps on freight platforms.
In the case of the known tiltable platform front edges, it is therefore a matter of regular use of the otherwise rather complicated mechanisms with which the edge plate is tilted. This means that the risk of hinges and pivots and similar moving parts of the mechanism rusting is minimal.
The purpose of the present invention is to arrive at a tiltable platform front edge that is simple and cheap, and whose moving parts are not exposed to the risk of becoming unusable due to, for example, rust, brake dust from passing trains, even after longer periods of rest. This requirement must be made for a tiltable platform for.fe&rrå which must only be serviced at annual intervals in connection with ballast cleaning. This is achieved according to the invention by the design as stated in claim 1.
The invention will be explained in more detail below in connection with the drawing.
Fig. 1 viser et loddrett snitt gjennom en vippbar perrongforkant ifolge oppfinnelsen i vanlig bruksstilling. Fig. 1 shows a vertical section through a tiltable platform front edge according to the invention in normal use position.
Flg. 2 og 3 viser hvordan den.i fig. 1 viste perrongforkant vippes. Fig. k viser pérrongforkanten i oppvippet stilling. Follow 2 and 3 show how it. in fig. 1 shown, the front edge of the platform is tilted. Fig. k shows the front edge of the pier in an upturned position. Fig. 5 shows a vertical section through another embodiment of the platform front edge according to the invention. Fig. 1 shows the platform front edge in the form of a platform plate 1 which projects along a stationary platform 2 on the side of this which faces a rail body not shown.
Perrongplaten 1 understettes ved den stasjonære perrong 2 og: avThe platform plate 1 is supported by the stationary platform 2 and: off
en langsgående, vannrett bom 3 omtrent midt mellom den stasjonære perrong 2 og perrongplatens frie side. a longitudinal, horizontal boom 3 approximately midway between the stationary platform 2 and the free side of the platform plate.
On the side facing the platform 2, the platform plate 1 on its underside carries an arm h directed downwards and towards the platform 2, the free end of which carries a cylindrical or spherical body 5. The arm with the body 5 projects into an essentially U-shaped fitting 6 , the bottom of which is attached to platform 2, so that the arms of the fitting project horizontally from the stationary platform 2.
The horizontal boom 3>as mentioned supports the plate 1 around the middle, has an upwardly open, essentially U-shaped groove, and the platform plate 1 carries on the underside an essentially L-shaped arm 7"whose vertical leg in the platform plate's usual position of use lies approx. towards the side of the boom 3 which faces the stationary platform 2, and whose protruding legs, which are directed towards the platform 2, have a length that is less than the width of the U-shaped groove in the upper side of the boom 3*
2 shows how the plate 1 is gripped at the free edge
kan vippes, idet det kule- eller sylinderformete legeme 5 dreier i det U-formete beslag 6. can be tilted, as the spherical or cylindrical body 5 rotates in the U-shaped fitting 6.
From this position, the platform plate 1 is pulled away from the stationary platform 2, and the L-shaped arm 7 is inserted into the U-shaped groove 1 on the upper side of the boom 3. By further pulling the plate 1 away from the stationary platform 2, the arm h leaves with the spherical or cylindrical body 5 the bracket 6 on the stationary platform 2, so that the plate 1 is only supported by the boom 3"
X V':%gr.^WiMei?«*W4&g • From the one in fig. 3 shown position, the plate can then be tilted around the free end of the L-shaped ©%3?'mil7 dt±l & åmg. X V':%gr.^WiMei?«*W4&g •
Fig. 5 shows one alternative design where the U-shaped besMg 6' has an upper short arm and a longer lower arm. This design makes it easier to tilt the platform plate 1 around the ball- or cylinder-shaped body 5.
Furthermore, the U-shaped track in 1 the upper side of the boom 3 has a shorter limiting wall on the side facing the stationary platform 2. and the L-shaped arm 7<»>has a downwardly positioned whole 7" whose length exceeds the length of the shorter wall of the U-shaped groove. With this design, the whole 7" will be able to slide over the bottom of the U-shaped tsf^ groove, until spherical or cylindrical body 5 leaves the fitting 6.
In the designs shown, the tiltable platform front edge has no actual hinges or joints, and there is thus no risk that the platform plate t cannot be tilted even if it has been for a long time in the one in fig. 1 or 5 shown, normal use position.
Dette har betydning ved By suitably dividing the platform plate I into pieces of, for example, 2 metres, the individual surfaces Jiå can be tilted easily and in a relatively short time by a single person. This has significance at
ballastrensing som. vanligvis foregår i de kortere perioder om natten når den vanlige togtrafikk er liten eller helt innstilt. ballast cleaning which. usually takes place during the shorter periods at night when the usual train traffic is little or completely suspended.
