Fremgangsmåte for å forbinde flere deler som f.eks. en rørdel
og en plate, et rør e.l. legeme.
Foreliggende oppfinnelse vedrører en fremgangsmåte for å forbinde flere deler, slik som et. rørstykke og en plate, et rør e.l. legeme.
Vanligvis forbindes et rørstykke med en plate, et rør eller annet legeme på den måte at det først bores eller stanses et hull gjennom platen eller veggen av røret eller det andre legeme, deretter tvinges rørstykket inn i hullet med presspasning, og deretter
forbindes delene ved hjelp av vanlig sveising.
Denne kjente fremgangsmåte har ikke bare den ulempe at den kre-
. ver mange håndteringer og handlinger som gjør angjeldende forbindelse dyr, men den har også den ulempe at den forårsaker dimensjonsvariasjoner slik som variasjoner i senteravstander, inn-rettingsfeil eller skråstilling av rørstykkene, etc. Disse dimensjonsvariasjoner og andre unøyaktigheter synes å være for-årsaket både ved feil i de benyttede maskiner og av menneskelige feil.
Oppfinnelsen har til formål å avhjelpe disse mangler og ulemper ved å tilveiebringe en enkel og rimelig fremgangsmåte som kar-akteriseres ved at etterat de deler som skal forbindes er blitt plassert i riktig relativ stilling, sveises delene til hverandre ved hjelp av friksjonsvarme og trykk som dannes av et raskt roterende, ikke-skjærende gjennomhullingsverktøy som tvinges gjennom nevnte deler.
For å sikre at det ved gjennomhullingsprosessen dannes tilstrekkelig høy temperatur til å oppnå en gass- og væsketett forbindelse mellom delene som skal forbindes, er det fordelaktig å benytte et rørstykke som på forhånd er blitt forsynt med en tverr f- jvegg eller bunn ved den ende som skal sveises til platen, røret 1. legeme.
For å garantere dannelse av tilstrekkelig varme til å sveise sammen de deler som skal forbindes, kan det benyttes et gjennomhul-lingsverktøy hvor det aktive parti har en maksimal diameter som er litt mindre enn' innerdiameteren av rørstykket som skal forbindes.
For å gi forbindelsen eller sveisen mellom de deler som skal forbindes et fordelaktig utseende, kan det. benyttes et rørstykke hvor ytterflaten av tverrveggen eller bunnen er utformet etter overflaten av platen eller ytterflaten av røret e.l. legeme.
Enda bedre resultater oppnås når deler bestående av samme e.l. materialer forbindes ved sveiseprosessen dannet av gjennomhul-lingsverktøyet.
Oppfinnelsen skal i det følgende beskrives ytterligere under hen-visning til vedføyede tegning.
Fig. 1 viser delene som skal forbindes og verktøyet for å oppnå en forbindelse eller sveis ifølge oppfinnelsen, med de enkelte deler adskilt.

Fig. 2 viser et vertikalt snitt av delene og verktøyet vist på fig. 1, under sveiseprosessen. Fig. 3 viser et vertikalt snitt av den dannede forbindelse eller sveis. Fig. 4 viser delvis i snitt, delvis i sideriss, et litt forskjel-lig sett av deler som skal forbindes.
På fig. 1 benyttes et raskt roterende nedad tvunget, ikke-skjærende gjennomhullingsverktøy 3 til å forbinde et rørstykke 1 og et rør 2.
For å sikre at det i det område hvor sveisen skal dannes, utvik-jles en tilstrekkelig høy temperatur til å bringe materialet tilj å flyte på riktig måte, er rørstykket 1 forsynt" med en bunn 4. Således vil det nedadgående gjennomhullingsverktøy først komme
i friksjonskontakt med bunnen 4.
På grunn av dette vil et hull med en diameter som tilsvarer den maksimale diameter av gjennomhullingsverktøyet, lages i nevnte bunn og ved ytterligere nedadgående bevegelse også i veggen av røret 2. Under denne bevegelse av gjennomhullingsverktøyet vil materialet som er gjort flytende av den dannede friksjonsvarme, flyte dels oppad langs gjennomhullingsverktøyet inn i rørstykket 1, dels nedad langs verktøyet inn i røret 2, som vist ved 5 og 6 på fig. 3.
Det vil sees at utseendet av forbindelsen eller sveisen vist på fig. 3, selv om den riktignok er gass- og væsketett, ikke er særlig tilfredsstillende på grunn av forbindelsen mellom et plan og en krummet flate.
Dette problem kan løses ved å benytte et rørstykke som isteden-for en plan bunn har en krummet bunn 7, hvis krumning er tilpas-set krumningen av røret 2, som vist på fig. 4.
Det vil være innlysende at mange modifikasjoner av oppfinnelsen er mulige innen rammen av denne.

Claims (5)

1. Fremgangsmåte for forbindelse av flere deler, slik som et rørstykke og en plate, et rør e.l. legeme,, karakterisert ved de trinn først å plassere' de deler som skal forbindes i riktige relative stillinger og derpå sveise dem sammen ved friksjonsvarme og trykk dannet av et raskt roterende, ikke-skjærende gjennomhullingsverktøy som tvinges gjennom nevnte deler.
2. Fremgangsmåte ifølge krav 1, karakterisert ved det ytterligere trinn på forhånd å forsyne rørstykket med en bunn ved den ende som skal sveises til platen, røret e.l. legeme.
3. Fremgangsmåte ifølge krav 1, karakterisert ved at det benyttes et gjennomhullingsverktøy hvor det aktive parti har en maksimal diameter som er litt mindre enn den indre diameter av rørstykket som skal forbindes.
4. Fremgangsmåte ifølge krav 2, karakterisert ved at det benyttes et rørstykke med en bunn hvis ytre flate er formet i overensstemmelse med overflaten av platen eller ytterflaten av røret e.l. legeme.
5. Fremgangsmåte ifølge krav 1, karakterisert ' ved at deler bestående av samme e.l. materialer forbindes ved en sveiseprosess som utføres ved varme dannet av friksjon og trykk dannet av det raskt roterende, ikke-skjærende gjennom-hullingsverktøy som tvinges gjennom nevnte deler.
