Description
Oppfinnelsen angår en oljebrenner som omfatter én eller flere tennelektroder og ved hvilken varmgasser fra forbrenningssonen føres tilbake gjennom et resirkulasjonsrom for blanding med brennstoff/luft-blandingen.
Ved slike oljebrennere var tidligere tennelektrodene anordnet umiddelbart foran brennstoffdysen. Ved for-søk har det vist seg at startegenskapene til slike oljebrennere kan påvirkes ved anordningen av tennelektrodene. For-målet med oppfinnelsen er derfor å tilveiebringe en ny anordning av tennelektrodene ved hjelp av hvilken oljebren-nernes startegenskaper forbedres.
Ovennevnte formål løses ifølge oppfinnelsen ved at tennelektroden hhv. tennelektrodene er anordnet i brennerens resirkulasjonsrom.
Ved hjelp av denne ifølge oppfinnelsen tilveiebrag-te anordning av tennelektrodene oppnås følgende: 1. Kaldstart av oljebrenneren uten brennluftsstruping, en motorpåvirket startluftklaff er ikke lenger nødvendig. 2. Brenners tar ten skjer ikke lenger mod brenn:; LoiMjover-skudd, og derved oppnås liten CO-emisjon og sotdannelse
ved start.
3. Reduksjon av pulsasjonstilbøyeligheten ved varmstart.
Oppfinnelsen skal beskrives nærmere i det følgende
i tilknytning til et utførelseseksempel under henvisning til tegningen hvis ene figur viser et snitt gjennom en oljebrenner .
Den på tegningen viste oljebrenner oppviser et rør-formet hus 1 og et flammrør 2 som aksialt fluktende er festet til den ene ende av huset 1. Inne i flammerøret 2 befinner det seg et koaksialt anordnet blanderør 3 som med den ene av sine ender er montert på en luftblender 4 som er anordnet ved husets 1 flammerørende. En brennstofforstøvningsdyse 5 befinner seg i huset 1 på den fra blanderøret 3 bortvendende side av luftblenderen 4 på hvilken dysen er festet ved hjelp av en holder 6. Brennstofforstøvningsdysen 5 er slik anordnet av dens akse faller sammen med husets akse og dens mun-ning ligger i planet for en åpning 7 i blenderen 4.
To i hovedsaken parallelt med flammerør- og hus aksen forløpende tennelektroder 8 er anordnet i et resir-kulas jonsrom 9 og er symmetrisk beliggende med hensyn til en loddrett på flammerøraksen stående akse. Resirkulasjons-rommet 9 omfatter det ringformede område mellom flammerøret 2 og blanderøret 3 og strekker seg frem til forbrenningssonen 10 i flammerøret 2. Begge tennelektroder 8 er ved sine ender bøyd i retning mot blanderøret 3. De bøyde ender av tennelektrodene 8 er også synlige i det i flammerøret 2 innlagte frontriss A. Hver tennelektrode 8 er med sitt skaft 10 festet i en åpning i luftblenderen 4.
En parallelt med flammerør- og husaksen ført ioni-sasjonsmålesonde 11 for flammeovervåkning er likeledes med skaft 12 festet i en ytterligere åpning i luftblenderen 4. Luftføringen i huset 1 og også strømningsretningen av brenner-luftblandingen i flammerøret og de resirkulerte varmgassers bane er på tegningen vist ved hjelp av piler..
Claims (1)
- Oljebrenner omfattende én eller flere tennelektroder og ved hvilken varmgasser fra forbrenningssonen føres tilbake gjennom et resirkulasjonsrom for blanding med brenn-stoff /luf t-blandingen,karakterisert vedat tennelektroden hhv. tennelektrodene (8) er anordnet i brennerens res ir kulas jonsrom (9).
