Abstract

Beholderseks joner dannet ved tverrkapping av en sekkpresset, armert beholder holdes avtagbart sammen ved hjelp av en beholderlukning som omfatter ytre omkrets-klemflenser på beholderseksjonene. Klemflensene fremstilles ved planvikllng av et relativt smalt bånd av harpiksimpregnerte filamenter på sideveggene av trykkbeholderen i nærheten av dennes midtparti. Harpiksen i filamentene herdes,. og båndet og beholderen kappes i et plan vinkel-rett på beholderens lengdeakse, slik at der fås båndhalvdeler ved hver av kantene av beholderseks jonene. Disse båndhalvdeler utgjør de foran nevnte klemflenser. En utadvendende omkrets-. avsats blir maskinert i én båndhalvdel og et O-ringspor blir maskinert i den utadvendende avsats. En innadvendende omkretsavsats blir maskinert i den annen båndhalvdel og en O-ring blir lagt inn i O-ringsporet. Båndhalvdelene. blir deretter skjvet inn i hinannen for å danne en trykkbeholder med O-ringen presset fast mellom avsatsene. Båndhalvdelene klemmes sammen for fremstilling av den sammensatte Beholder.
