En anordning for oppsugning og frigjøring av en væske dråpe for dråpe omfatter et første kapilarrom (2) med minst en innløpsåpnlng (2') forbundet med minst et ytterligere kapilarrom (3) med minst en utløpsåpning (3'), der det første kapilarrom er utført slik at når innløpsåpningen (2') dyppes i væsken, vil en viss minimum mengde av denne bli suget opp 1 det nevnte rom og det annet kapilarrom (3) er utformet slik at den mengde av væsken det gjelder kan holdes tilbake 1 det annet rom med kapilarkrefter, hvilken sistnevnte mengde er mindre enn den førstnevnte minimum mengde, mens utløpsåpningen (3') er utført slik at den mengde væske som er forskjellen mellom den første og andre mengde, kan strømme ut av det andre kapilarrom hovedsaklig i dråpeform.
