Abstract

Oppfinnelsen vedrører en avstandcholder for et oppvarmbart flerlags isolerglass som består av i det minste to glass- ruter (l, 2), som holdes i avstand fra hverandre ved hjelp av avstandsholderen (6), og hvor mellomrommet (13) er gassfylt eller evakuert; og et motstandsvarmeelement på en glassrute- overflate på mellomromssiden; samt tilkoplinger for tilfør- sel av en elektrisk strøm til motstandsvarmeelementet; hvor avstandsholderen (6) er bygget opp av i det minste to paral- lelt ved siden av hverandre, i innbyrdes avstand anordnede metallavstandsholder-hulprofiler (7, 8), fortrinnsvis av aluminium, og hvor mellomrommet (3) mellom hulprofilene (7, 8) er utfylt med et kunststoff som hefter fast til overflaten av hulprofilenes (7, 8} sidevegger og fortrinnsvis består av en polyuretanfyllmasse og virker varmeisolerende og elek- trisk isolerende. For å kunne gjøre en slik avstandsholder ugjennomslippelig overfor vanndamp og allikevel bibeholde dens mekaniske fasthet samt utmerkede isolasjonsevne overfor varme og elektrisitet, er den ytre overflate (16a) av kunst- stoffet som danner et kunststoffsteg (16), tildekket med et sjikt (17) som er ugjennomslippelig overfor vanndamp.
