Abstract
Foreliggende oppfinnelse tilveiebringer rekombinante DNA-molekyler som koder for polypeptider som utviser antigenisiteten til et Aln g I allergen fra svartor, Alnus sp., av et Cor a I allergen fra hassel eller et Bet v I allergen fra bjerk og andre planter tilhørende Orden Fagales, og for polypeptider som omfatter minst en epitop derav, såvel som nukleinsyrer, som under stringente betingelser hybridiserer med slike DNA- sekvenser eller kan deriveres fra slike sekvenser ved degenerasjon av den genetiske kode.
