Nye substituerte urea-forbindelser med formel I eller et farmasøytisk godtagbart salt derav: A - NH II / - C - N V hvor A er hvor R er et oksadiazol substituert med Cn 0-alkyl, C_ ¿- J- ¿o 2 ¿ o alkenyl, C -alkynyl, C-_ -cykloalkyl, benzyl, fenyl, C,g alkoksy, C -alkyltio, amino eller alkylamino; R er H eller lavere alkyl; X er O eller S; og R er en gruppe med formelen II, III, IV eller V (n) (m) hvor n er 2 eller 3, p er l eller 2, q er l til 3, r er 1^3 og R4 og R er H, C,7-alkyl eller C _ -cykloalkyl; og N-oksyder derav. Forbindelsene er nyttige i farmasøytiske preparater for behandling av psykotiske forstyrrelser, kvalme og oppkast.
