Abstract

Oppfinnelsen vedrører en fremgangsmåte og et apparat for kontinuerlig fremstilling av en mineralfiberfilt. Apparatet omfatter en smelteovn (1), organer (4) for innføring av råmateriale i ovnen, samt en utløpsåpning (5) for mineralsmelteh i form av en smeltestrøm, en innretning (6) for produksjon av fibre fra smelten, samt organer (8, 9) for samling av disse fibre til en fiberfilt (7). Apparatet omfatter ytterligere en innretning (11) for måling av en parameter hos fiberfilten (7) som er avhengig av smeltestrømmen, eller for måling av massestrømmen gjennom filtrerings- apparatet, en styreinnretning (P) hvor disse målte verdier sammenlignes med innstilte verdier for de samme parametre, samt en innretning som styres av styreinn- retningen (P) for regulering av smeltestrømmen ved f.eks. regulering av størrelsen av smelteutløpet (5) på basis av forskjellen mellom de målte verdier og de innstilte verdier av nevnte parameter.The present invention relates to a method and apparatus for the continuous production of a mineral fiber felt.
