Abstract

Triglycerid hvor alle tre fettsyrer er ¿20+ polyuroettede fettsyrer med minst tre dobbeltbindinger fremstilles ved forestring av glycerol med fri polyumettet fettsyre eller dens C1-4 lavere alkylester i nærvær av lipase. Utbyttet av tri- glycerid økes og mengden av mono- og diglycerid reduseres ved å fjerne vann eller lavere alkohol dannet under reaksjonen, ved å bruke posisjons-ikke-spesifikk lipase og/eller ved å bruke en lipase immobilisert ved absorpsjon på en partikkel- formet, makroporos absorbent-harpiks av akryltypen.
