Abstract
Oligopeptider anvendelige for å inhibere HIV-replikasjon i virus- infiserte individer. En foretrukket utførelsesform av oligopeptidet er en D-arginin-nonamer med N- og C-terminal- beskyttende grupper, hvilken i en stan- dard analysebestemmelse i en konsentra- sjon på 5 pM, oppviser høyere enn 95% inhibering av HIV-replikasjon.
