Abstract

Det blir beskrevet en fremgangsmåte for fremstilling av et godt vannoppløselig fruktan såvel som et godt forenelig nyrediagnostikum, som Inneholder et slikt fruktan. Fremgangsmåten blir et vandig fruktanekstrakt som er fremstilt fra plantedeler, ultraflltrert over en første membran som holder tilbake karbohydrater og proteiner med høy molekylvekt, men som slipper gjennom fruktanet, og det her dannede filtratet blir så filtrert over en annen ultrafiltrering som holder tilbake fruktanet, men slipper gjennom de lavmolekylære stoffene som mono- og ollgosakkarider. Det fremstilte fruktanet blir anvendt sammen med fysiologisk an- vendbare bufferstoffer med en osmolalltet som tilsvarer blodets og har en pB på 5,0 til 7,0.
