Abstract

Fremgangsmåte til varmgalvanisering av en rekke enkeltgjenstander av stål. Når alle de gjenstander som skal galvaniseres, inneholder høyst 0,02 % silisium, blir det benyttet et sinkbad som inneholder minst 0,005 % silisium. Når noen av gjenstandene inneholder mer enn 0,02 % silisium, blir det benyttet et sinkbad som inneholder minst 0,005 % silisium og enten 0,02 - O , 06% aluminium og 0,002 - 0,1 % Ca, eller 0,05 - 0,12 % nikkel. Det er også skaffet en sinkbasert legering til kompensasjon for forbruket av galvaniseringsbadet. Fremgangsmåten kan benyttes til belegning av stål.
