Abstract
Et fotoluminescerende kalsium-silikatmateriale som omfatter fotoluminescerende fiber-krystallinske wol-lastonittkrystaller aktivert med en ak-tivator omfattende minst ett element valgt fra gruppen bestående av Mn, Pb, Er, Tm, W, Nb, Ti, Cr, Sn og Bi, og , spredd i en kalsiumsilikatglassgrunn-masse som har et lavt innhold av alkalimetalloksider. Dette materiale fremstilles ved: innføring av et rå-materiale som omfatter en blanding av kalkholdige og kiselholdige materialer og aktivatorer valgt fra gruppen bestående av oksider, hydroksider og sal-ter av de ovennevnte elementer, i en roterovn, smelting av blandingen i det minste delvis, fjerning av denne blanding fra roterovnen, avkjøling av det fjernede materiale til et delvis krys-tallisert produkt og, om ønsket, utset-telse av dette produkt for ytterligere krystallisering i et rekrystalliser-ingstrinn. En fotoluminescerende betong inneholdende det ovennevnte fotoluminescerende materiale som aggregat så vel som et fotoluminescerende grus-materiale bestående av den ovennevnte fotoluminescerende betong.A photoluminescent calcium silicate material comprising photoluminescent fiber-crystalline wollastonite crystals activated with an activator comprising at least one element selected from the group consisting of Mn, Pb, Er, Tm, W, Nb, Ti, Cr, Sn and Bi, and , dispersed in a calcium silicate glass base mass which has a low content of alkali metal oxides. This material is produced by: introducing a raw material comprising a mixture of calcareous and siliceous materials and activators selected from the group consisting of oxides, hydroxides and salts of the above-mentioned elements, in a rotary kiln, melting the mixture at least partially , removing this mixture from the rotary kiln, cooling the removed material to a partially crystallized product and, if desired, subjecting this product to further crystallization in a recrystallization step. A photoluminescent concrete containing the above-mentioned photoluminescent material as an aggregate as well as a photoluminescent gravel material consisting of the above-mentioned photoluminescent concrete.
