Abstract

Det er beskrevet en fremgangsmåte for fremstilling av et MDI basert polyuretanskum med redusert tetthet ved å omsette en polyol med en MDI blanding ved å anvende minst 4 massedeler vann basert på 100 deler polyol som blåsemiddel og en katalysatorblanding, hovedsaklig bestående av addisjonsproduktet av trietylendiamln og en borforbindelse med formelen RnB(OH)3_n hvor n = O eller l og R = C^-Cs alkyl, C5-C8 sykloalkyl eller C6-C10 aryl.
