Abstract
Infusjonspumpesystem beregnet på kontinuerlig injeksjon av en medisinsk substans som er inneholdt i et reservoar i et kateter som er forbundet med pasientens kropp, omfatten- de en sammentrykningsinnretning som er dre- vet av en motor (10) til sammentrykning av et parti (42) av infusjonsledningen for å utøve et trykk i den hensikt å injisere den medisinske substans i kateteret. Sammentryk- ningsinnretningen omfatter et stivt element, såsom en sirkulær skål (32), hvis aksel (34) er anordnet i overensstemmelse med en geo- metrisk posisjon som er fastlagt i forhold til et nav (12) som er drevet av motoren (10), på en slik måte at akselen (34) av skålen skjærer akselen (14) av navet i et fast punkt (X), idet skålen (32) omfatter kammer (38,40) som sammentrykker kateteret (42) under motorens rotasjon. Ved hjelp av en gaffel (43) som er holdt av en dreietapp (44), er skålen hindret i å rotere i forhold til kateteret, hvorved det unngås gnidning mot veggene av kateteret (42) og det mulig- gjøres en stor doseringspresisjon av infu- sjonen.
