Abstract

Fremgangsmåte til fremstilling av en stabil, fortynnet, vandig løsning av minst en 3-isotiazolonforbindelse som omfatter 5-klor-2-metyl-3-isotiazolon, hvor konsentrasjonen av forbindelsen(e) i løsningen er fra 0,5 til 5 vekt% av løsningen. Til løsningen tilsettes det fra 0,1 til 5 vekt%, regnet av løsningen, av et jern-III-salt som stabilisator. Fortynnete, vandige løsninger som inne- holder fra 0,5 til 5 vekt% av minst en 3-isotiazolonfor- bindelse som omfatter 5-klor-2-metyl-3-isotiazolon, fra 0,1 til 2,5 vekt% av et stabiliserende, vannløselig jern- III-salt i ikke-chelatform, samt fra 92 til 99 vekt% vandig løsningsmiddel er omtalt.
