Abstract

En todelt ostomianordning omfattende en posekomponent (11) og en frontplate- komponent (12). På frontplatekomponenten (12) er det anordnet en to-tilstands, bistabil koplingsring (20) med en låse- del (25) for tettende inngrep med om- kretsen av en åpning (30) i posekompo- nenten. Koplingsringen (20) har en ring- formet basisdel (21) som avgrenser en sentral åpning (24), og en kontaktflate (22) på denne som omgir den sentrale åpning. En ringformet krage (23) rager ut fra basisdelen (21), og en bistabil låsedel (25) er forbundet med kragen langs en ringformet hengsellinje (28), idet låsedelen tilveiebringer en kon- taktflate (25a) og er dreibar om hengsellinjen. Låsedelen (25) dreier om hengsellinjen (28) mellom en stabil, i hovedsaken ikke-spent, første tilstand i hvilken låsedelen (25) rager i hoved- saken aksialt bort fra kragen (23), og en stabil, spent, andre tilstand i hvilken låsedelen strekker seg i motsatt retning mot den ringformede basisdel (21), idet låsedelens kontaktflate (25a) er anbrakt for tett inngrep med den ringformede basisdels (21) kontaktflate (22) eller med den ringformede omkrets av posekomponenten (11) som er fastspent mellom basisdelen og låsedelen.
