Det er beskrevet en reaktor som gjør det mulig å fornye næringsmediet i dyrklngskammeret (1) kontinuerlig. Fluidumsirkulasjon dannes l en lukket krets ved hjelp av en Integrert pumpe (2) som virker som en hydraulisk krets (6b) som presser nytt næringsmedium fra tanken (4) Inn l dyrkingskammeret (1) og deretter inn l den brukte medlumtanken (3) som er adskilt fra den nye mediumtanken (4) av en fleksibel vegg (5). Personen som utfører forsøkene kan observere cellene mens de dyrkes uten å åpne reaktoren og uten å avbryte medlumfornyelsen.
