Abstract

Oppfinnelsen vedrører et fast, ultramildt, svakt surt rensestykke for personlig hygiene med lav klissethet og med hudens pH, omfattende på vektbasis av nevnte stykke: fra omtrent 10% til omtrent 50% hovedsakelig fri karboksylsyre, foretrukket myristinsyre, behensyre eller 12-hydroksystearin- syre; fra omtrent 15% til omtrent 65% av et vannoppløselig organisk anionisk og/eller ikke-ionisk stykke-fasthetshjelpe- middel, foretrukket natriumkokoylisetionat eller natrium- lauroylisetionat; og fra omtrent 15% til omtrent 55% vann. "Freezer"-stykket med hudens pH fremstilles ved de følgende prosesstrinn: I) blanding av en smeltet (76-96°C; 170-205°F) blanding omfattende hovedsakelig fri karboksylsyre, vann og stykke-fasthetshjelpemiddel; II) avkjøling av nevnte blanding til et semi-faststoff i en veggpåstryknings (scraped wall) varmevekslingsfryser ved en avkjølt temperatur på 43-91°C (110- 195°F) ; III) ekstrudering av nevnte semi-faststoff som en myk plugg; og videre avkjøling og krystallisering av nevnte plugg inntil fasthet for å tilveiebringe nevnte "freezer"-stykke med hudens pH for personlig hygiene.
