Abstract
Det er beskrevet massive deler av høytemperatur- supraleder-materlale bestående av oksydene av bismut, strontium, kalsium og kobber samt av sulfatene av strontium og/eller barium. Disse massive delene oppviser en forhøyet bæreevne for strøm, som forårsakes ved en foretrukket orientering av krystalllttene, hvorved den krystallograflske c-aksen står loddrett på temperaturgradlenten under størkningen fra smelten.. For fremstilling av disse massive delene støper man en homogen smelte av oksydene av bismut, strontium, kalsium og kobber samt av .sulfatene av strontium og/eller barium ved temperaturer på 900 til 1300'C l kokiller, lar smelten langsomt størkne l disse og gløder deretter de fra kokillene uttatte massive delene ved 700 til 900'C l oksygenholdlg atmosfære. Derved foregår støpingen av den homogene smelten l kokiller med minst to parallelle vegger, hvorved det i de massive delene, såvel etter størkningen som også etter deres glødnlng , oppstår en krystallograflsk foretrukket orientering av krystallittene.
