Fremgangsmåte for perforering av en brønn (304) ved bruk av kvellerørfraktede perforerlngskanoner (322) er beskrevet. En perforerlngsverktøystreng (318) omfatter en kvellerørstreng (320), en perforerlngskanon (322), en frlgjørbar kanonhenger (324) og en trykksensltlv frlgjørelsesforblndelse (330) som forbinder kvellerør- strengen (320) med perforerlngskanonen (322). Per- forerlngsverktøystrengen (318) senkes på plass Inne l brønnen (304) og så aktueres kanonhengeren (324) ved frem- og tllbakegående bevegelse av kvellerørstrengen (320) uten rotasjon av kvellerørstrengen (320), for derved å sette kanonhengeren (324) i føringen (302). Fluidtrykk økes så l kvellerørstrengen (320) for å aktuere den trykksensltlve frlgjørelsesforbindelsen (330) for å frigjøre kvellerørstrengen (320) fra perforerlngskanonen (322). Kvellerørstrengen (320) og den trykksensltlve forbindelsen (330) kan så gjen- opphentes fra brønnen (304) før avfyring av per- forerlngskanonen (322).
