Abstract
Den foreliggende oppfinnelse vedrører en anordning for kjøling av en elektromotor for en turbovifte- enhet. Motoren har en aksling (16) som strekker seg gjennom motoren (10) og som støtter et turbovifte- kompressorhjul (20) som er plassert utenfor et skall (11) for motoren. Turboviftekompressorhjulet roterer med en hastighet på mer enn 50 000 omdreininger i minuttet, og skaper således en hovedluftstrøm som unnslipper fra turbovifteenheten via en utgang (25). Turboviftekompressorhjulet (20) omfatter et organ ved hjelp av hvilket det fremskaffes en sekundær- luftstrøm som i det minste delvis avkjøler elektro- motoren, og som fra en eller flere kjøleluft- innganger (28, 30), separert fra hovedluftstrømmen, strømmer gjennom elektromotoren inne i motorskallet (11).
