Abstract
Foreliggende oppfinnelse angår heterocykliske forbindel- ser som er inhibitorer for enzymet aromatase, fremgangsmåter for fremstilling av dem, farmasøytiske preparater som innehol- der dem og anvendelse av dem innen medisin. Spesielle forbindelser ifølge oppfinnelsen er forbindel- ser med formel (I) (I) hvor R1 er en cyano- eller nitro-gruppe; R2 er hydrogen eller ett eller flere halogenatomer; R3 er en C^-alkylgruppe og R* er hydrogen eller en Cj. gruppe, eller R3 og R* sammen er en C3_6-cykloalkylgruppe; og Rs er hydrogen eller ett eller flere halogenatomer eller C^j alkoksy-grupper, og farmasøytisk godtagbare salter og solvater derav.
