Abstract

Oppfinnelsen angår et overvåkingsanlegg for stempelmotorer og -kompressorer, særlig for hurtig- gående, hoyeffektive diesel- og gassmotorer. Den er karakterisert ved i og for seg kjente ekstensometer- skruer (11) i en anordning ifølge oppfinnelsen, som ' indirekte måler sylindertrykket og som er slik mon- tert at de utgjcr faste bestanddeler av angjeldende motordel. Avhengig av den konstruktive beskaffenhet er den foretrukne anordning beliggende i evre del av :sylinderforingen (9) for måling av radialspennings forskjeller. En ytterligere monteringsrnulighet er i sylinderlokkbolten (2). Derved kan overvåkingsan- legget som målesignal følge enten spisstrykket, for- brenningstrykkøkingen a eller kompresjonstrykket. Kalibrering skjer under fullast-prøvekjøring, idet alle målesignaler innstilles på samme maksimalverdi. Ved hjelp av en analog-datamaskin blir det nå fra alle målesykluser kontinuerlig dannet middelverdier som fastholdes over kort tid og sammenliknes med enkeltverdier. Såsnart det opptrer enkeltverdier utenfor de innstilte grenseverdier, såkalte utlig- gere, blir disse registrert og tilsvarende alarm- trinn utløst. Overvåkingsanlegget ifølge oppfin- nelsen er modul-tilpassbart og egnet for kontinu- erlig drift, ettersom det ikke er nødvendig å registrere vanskelig målbare gasstrykk.
