Abstract

Det omtales en fremgangsmåte til fremstilling av bygningsplater eller gjenstander fra vegetabilsk materiale samt en produksjonslinje for gjennomføring av fremgangs- måten. Fremgangsmåten innbefatter at materialet fuktes med mettet damp, det oppmales, hvoretter massen tørkes under forvarming til termisk plastisitet ved en prosess under fremføring i et lukket rom, hvoretter materialet støpes - med en ekstruderingspresse og avkjøles langsomt med en preliminær herding i det lukkede isolerte rom. Produksjonslinjen omfatter en beholder (I), et apparat i form av en dampledning (2) for fukting av materialet, en mølle (4), en transportanordning innbefatt- ende to kontinuerlige transportører (8,9) som er anordnet i respektive hus (10,11), og det første hus er innrettet for fjerning av fuktighet, mens det andre hus er innrettet for tørking og oppvarming av massen til termisk plastisi- tet, og videre innbefatter linjen en ekstruderingspresse (24) som innbefatter en oppvarmingssone, en nøytralsone og en avkjølingssone.
