Abstract
Oppfinnelsen angår en fremgangsmåte til å detektere spesifikke målceller på en enkel og tids- besparende måte, ved å anvende paramagnetiske partikler, antistoffer som gjenkjenner Fc-delen av målcelleassosierende antistoffer og målcelle- assosierende rettet på spesifikke antigendeter- minanter i målcellemembranene. Inkubasjon av cellesuspensjonen med en mild detergent og/eller et andre sett av antistoffer eller antistoffragmenter, formerket eller ikke med fluorescerende midler, metallokolloider, radioisotoper, biotin-komplekser eller visse enzymer som tillater visualisering vil dramatisk øke spesifisiteten til fremgangsmåten. Fremgangsmåten kan videre anvendes for isolering av målceller ved magnetisk feltapplikasjon og et sett for å utføre fremgangsmåten i henhold til opp- finnelsen er beskrevet.
