Oppfinnelsen vedrører en dobbeltvegget kjølecontainer og en gavlramme (25) for bruk l den. Kjølecontaineren omfatter en ytre kledning av plateelementet (9) og en Indre kledning av plateelementer (6). Gavlrammen (25) omfatter en ytre ramme av vertikale hjørnestolper (16) og tverrgående dragere som, l kombinasjon med langs- gående dragere, danner den lastopptakende ramme av containeren. Gavlrammen (25) omfatter videre en indre ramme bestående av plateelementer (lic) såvel som en ringformet, mellomliggende Innsats av et støpt plastmateriale (20). Dette sikrer at skjøten mellom den ytre kledning og den Indre kledning av beholderen forblir tett.
