Abstract

Forbedrede teknikker er tilveiebragt for regulering av injeksjon av en cellulosepulver/vannblanding i en formasjon gjennom en injeksjonsbrønn for ut- vinning av hydrokarboner. Den initiale pulver- doseringsrate som tilføres vannet økes som en funksjon av både det overvåkede trykk i blandingen i borehullet i nærheten av formasjonen, og den overvåkede volumstrøm av den injiserte blanding. Vannvolumstrømmene og strømningsdoserings- ratene er optimalisert, og blandingen reguleres for å oppnå stivning inne i formasjonen for å øke utvinningen av hydrokarboner. En blandetank (35) j er utformet til å forhindre for tidlig stivning av blandingen. Transportabelt utstyr er tilveiebragt for injisering av pulver/vannblandingen i formasjonen, , hvilket øker allsidigheten til utstyret og reduserer den samlede kostnad ved utvinningen.
