Abstract

Forbedret fremgangsmåte for påvisning av analytter i en prøve av kroppsvæske. Prøven bringes i kontakt med et spesifikt bindingsmiddel med evne til å danne et spesifikt bindings- kompleks med analytten, hvori det spesifikke bindingsmiddel er immobil!- sert på et porøst fast substrat. Til- stedeværelse av spesifikt bindings- kompleks påvises derpå. Et ytterligere trinn bestående av tørking av over- flaten av substratet forut for at på- visningen finner sted, for på denne måte å fjerne uadsorberte forurensende stoffer, er også beskrevet. Uadsorberte forurensende stoffer kan visualiseres på overflaten av substratet ved anven- delse av et fargemiddel slik at det er lett å se når de forurensende stoffer er fjernet.
