Abstract

Fremgangsmåte for å konsentrere ozon ved at flere adsorpsjonskolonner, hver pak- : ket med en adsorbent med evne til å ad- sorbere fortrinnsvis ozon, i rekkefølge kobles om til et adsorpsjonstrinn hvor adsorbenten holdes ved lav temperatur j for å adsorbere ozon; et desorpsjons- i trinn hvor adsorbenten oppvarmes for å \ desorbere ozon og en spylegass innføres i adsorpsjonskolonnen for å føre ut det desorberte ozon; og et kjøletrinn hvor l adsorbenten etter at desorpsjonstrinnet er fullstendig, avkjøles til samme lave temperaturnivå som i adsorpsjonstrinnet. Oppvarmingen av adsorbenten i desorp- sjonstrinnet utføres avhengig av tiden gått fra desorpsjonen startet, eller avhengig av ozonkonsentrasjonen i gassen tatt ut fra adsorpsjonskolonnen hvor desorpsjonstrinnet utføres. En gass med bestemt trykk benyttes som spylegass. Adsorpsjonstrinnet er delt i et forad- sorpsjons-undertrinn og et hovedadsorp- sjons-undertrinn. Lavtemperatur-oksygen benyttes til kjøling i kjøletrinnet og tilføres deretter ozonisatoren som rå- materiale for ozon.
