Abstract

Salter av glukamin eller N-(CMaIkyl)glukamin (formel 1) med S-etodolac, (formel 2) fortrinnsvis med gluminsaltet, er spesielt egnet for rakst innsettende analgetisk virkning. Disse saltene kan fremstilles ved å oppløse racemisk etodolac ved bruk av glukamin eller et N-(CMalkyI)glukamin som oppløsningsmiddel. I tillegg kan vannløselig S-etodolacsalter generelt anvendes ved fremstilling av medikamenter for bruk i hurtig innsettende analgesi og ved kontroll av kronisk smerte, og er spesielt egnet for formuleringer med vedvarende frigjøring.
