The flange portion (322) and the collar portion (324) are made of weather-resistant material and the flange portion (322) is adapted to plan substantially coplanar with and in surface contact with the foil of the ceiling so that the central opening of the flange portion (322) corresponds to the holes of the foil portion and (324) extends upwardly from the flange portion (322). The flange portion (322) and the collar portion (324) are preferably integrally molded from weather-resistant plastic materials, e.g. high density polyethylene, low density polyethylene, polyvinyl chloride, polypropylene or the like, or alternatively made of corrosion resistant material, such as aluminum, or combinations thereof.
