Abstract
Oppfinnelsen dreier seg om en elektrisk bryter med kontrollerte stige- og falle-egenskaper for elektronisk omkobling og effektstyring, som omfatter en triac eller et SCR (silicon controlled rectifier) bryterelement (Tk) seriekoblet med belastningen (L), en likeretterbro (2) der vekselstrøminngangene er koblet til porten og til en første effektelektrode i bryterelementet (Tk). En SCR og de positive og negative inngangene (I+, I-) i en styre- krets (7) er plassert mellom likestrømutgangene (+, -) i j likeretterbroen (2). Utgangen i styrekretsen (7) er ko- blet til porten i SCR (Ti). En filterkrets (1) er koblet mellom den tilhørende porten og den andre effektelektro- den i bryterelementet (Tk) og en av vekselstrøminngangene i likeretterbroen (2) . Ifølge oppfinnelsen omfatter styrekretsen (7) et forsterkertrinn (6) med en styre- inngang (I) og en diac (Dk) koblet til utgangen i for- sterkertrinnet (6), der den andre terminalen i diac (Dk) utgjør utgangen i styrekretsen (7), og inngangstermina- lene i forsterkertrinnet (6) utgjør de positive og nega- tive inngangene (I+, I-) i styrekretsen (7). Videre tilveiebringes en direkte eller indirekte tilbakekobling mellom styreinngangen (I) i forsterkertrinnet (6) og den positive likestrømutgangen (+) i likeretterbroen (2).
