Abstract

Det er beskrevet en fremgangsmåte for fremstilling av et biologisk aktivt og korrekt foldet protein i nærvær av denatureringsmidler som urea eller guanidinhydro-klorid og separasjon av det korrekt foldede proteinet direkte derfra. Fremgangsmåten kan f.eks. anvendes ved renaturering av rekombinante proteiner som hirudln eller epidermisk vekstfaktor.
