Abstract
Oppfinnelsen angår en fremgangsinåte for fremstilling av dimensjonsnøyaktige metallemner ved sintring av et materiale som før sintrlngen består av en blanding av tre pulverbestanddeler, idet den første bestanddel i hovedsak er et jerngruppemetall, den andre bestanddel i hovedsak er kobber og fosfor og den tredje bestanddel er en legering av kobber og et annet metall. Emnet formes ved lag-på-lag lasersintring av et fritt valgt område, hvor et lag av pulverblandingen er spredd på en grunnflate, og de områder som svarer til tverrsnittflaten av emnet varmes med eri laserstråle til sintringstemperaturen. Deretter spres ytterligere lag med pulver på hverandre, og for hvert lag blir de områder som svarer til .tverrsnittsflaten på emnet lasersintret. Sintringen finner sted i en gassatmosfære som inneholder en kjemisk forbindelse av jerngruppemetall som dekomponerer ved sintringstemperaturen, hvorved jerngruppemetallet avsettes i de områder 1 tverrsnittet av emnet som sintres ved et gitt tidspunkt.
