Foreliggende oppfinnelse angår vanndamppermeable, absorberende gjenstander slik som sanitetsbind, truseinnlegg og inkontinensputer som fastgjøres med klebemiddel (22) til undertøy under bruk. Nærmere bestemt angår oppfinnelsen gjenstander som har et vanndamppermeabelt ytre lag med en fleksibilitet i en lengderetning, og som kan fastgjøres til undertøy på en særdeles gunstig måte for å bevirke forbedret komfort for brukeren av gjenstanden.
