Abstract
Foreliggende oppfinnelse beskriver herpesvirus-protease-inhibitor 4H- tleno[2,3-d][1,3]oksasin-4-on-derivater med formel (I) som er 2-substituert med X(Y)NH-CHR,- hvor X er hydrogen eller en blokkerende gruppe, Y er en eventuelt tilstedeværende aminosyre og R, er hydrogen eller en aminosyre-side-kjede.The present invention describes herpesvirus protease inhibitor 4H-tleno [2,3-d] [1,3] oxasin-4-one derivatives of formula (I) which are 2-substituted with X (Y) NH-CHR wherein X is hydrogen or a blocking group, Y is an optionally present amino acid and R is hydrogen or an amino acid side chain.
