Abstract

Den foreliggende oppfinnelse angår et system og en fremgangsmåte konstruert for å estimere den effektive oppførsel av en borekrone, som er festet på enden av en borestreng og drevet i rotasjon i en brønn av en driv-anordning på overflaten, hvor det benyttes en ikke-lineær, fysisk modell av boreprosessen, basert på generelle mekanikk-ligninger. De følgende trinn blir utført i fremgangsmåten: - modellens parametere blir identifisert og beregnet ved å ta i betraktning brønnens og borestrengens parametere, - modellen blir linearisert rundt et arbeidspunkt, - den lineariserte modell blir redusert mens man beholder bare noen av de spesifikke modi for modellens tilstandsmatrise, og - forskyvningen av borekfonen eller spenningen som utøves på borekronen blir beregnet i sann tid ved hjelp av den reduserte modell og minst en parameter som blir målt på overflaten.
