Abstract

Kombinert størknings- og herdeakselerator-blanding og framgangsmåte for framstilling av samme for bruk i utherding av sement. Blandingen omfatter kalsium, anioner, og en aminforbindelse, og framstilles ved å framskaffe en reaksjonsblanding omfattende (i) en vannløsning av kalsiumioner, anioner og en ammoniumkilde valgt blant gruppen bestående av ammoniumioner og ammoniakk, og (ii) en epoxyforbindelse, hvorved reaksjonsblandingen opprettholdes ved en pH og ved et trykk og en temperatur tilstrekkelig til å omdanne i det minste deler av epoxyforbindelsen og ammoniakk til aminholdige reaksjonsprodukter. Som epoksyforbindelse anvendes epiklorhydrin, for slik å danne reaksjonsproduktet mono-, di- og/eller tri-(3-klor-propan-2-ol)-amin i blanding med kalsiumioner og ulike anioner.
